This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on Triesta Crisento / Triesta – The Fast Food Company website, including Pancake Premix, Waffle Premix, Multi Millet Pancake Premix, Multi Millet Waffle Premix, Chocolate & Vanilla variants, and Combo Packs.

We want our customers to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Since Triesta Crisento products are food items, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.
A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit, depending on the situation and available payment options.
Once approved, refunds are usually initiated within 5–7 business days.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or payment provider.
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where only some items from an order are damaged, missing, incorrect, or returned.
For combo packs such as 2-Pack Combo or 4-Pack Combo, refund or replacement may be processed for the affected item only, depending on the issue and verification.
Shipping charges, COD charges, or convenience fees may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Triesta or our delivery partner.
Customers can cancel an order before it is shipped or dispatched.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may raise a return or replacement request only if the product is damaged, incorrect, expired, or eligible under our return policy.
